Overview
All payments on WALRUS go through Stripe Connect. When a fan subscribes, buys a ticket, or purchases merch, the money is processed by Stripe and held briefly before being paid out to your connected bank account.
Payout Timeline
Fan makes a purchase — payment is captured by Stripe immediately.
7-day hold — Stripe holds funds for fraud protection (standard for all Connect accounts).
Daily payout — After the hold period, Stripe sends available funds to your bank daily.
Bank deposit — Most banks deposit within 1-2 business days after Stripe initiates the transfer.
Viewing Your Earnings
Your Manage dashboard has an Earnings section that shows revenue by type (subscriptions, tickets, video messages, merch), transaction history, and payout status. For more detailed reporting, you can also log into your Stripe Express dashboard directly.

Tip
The 7-day hold only applies to each individual transaction, not your whole balance. If you sell tickets on Monday and Wednesday, Monday's funds clear the following Monday while Wednesday's clear the following Wednesday. Money is always flowing once you're active.
