Video messages are WALRUS's version of Cameo — fans request personalized videos from you, and you record and deliver them. Birthday shoutouts, pep talks, congratulations, advice — whatever you and your fans want.
You set your own price. You keep 80%. And unlike Cameo's 25% cut, WALRUS only takes 20%.
Go to Manage → Video Messages.
Enable video messages and set your price (any amount you want).
Optionally add a description of what types of requests you accept.
Save. A "Request Video" button appears on your profile.
When a fan submits a request, you'll see it in your Video Messages dashboard. Review the request, record your video, and submit it. The fan is notified when their video is ready.
You have 30 days to fulfill each request. If a request expires without being fulfilled, the fan is automatically refunded.

Tip
Price yourself where demand meets value. Start at a price you're comfortable with and adjust based on how many requests you get. Artists who respond quickly tend to get more repeat requests.
