Go to Manage → Videos and click "Upload."
Select your video file. WALRUS handles transcoding and optimization automatically via Cloudflare Stream.
Add a title, description, thumbnail, and category.
Set visibility: public (free for all) or subscriber-only.
Publish. Your video is available as soon as processing completes.
Subscriber-only videos are one of the biggest reasons fans subscribe. Exclusive performances, behind-the-scenes footage, early music video releases — this is content fans can't get anywhere else. The more value you put behind the subscription, the more fans will convert.
Tip
Mix free and subscriber-only content. Free videos bring in new fans. Subscriber-only videos give them a reason to pay. A good ratio is roughly 30% free, 70% subscriber-only.
